Just found the comment you left recently on my blog. Thanks for that and thanks for the encouragement to “not worship my own productivity.” Pretty sure I struggle with that and don’t always have it under control. Work in progress for a lifetime.
I watched the house debates and all the activities leading up to the vote on the cap nad Tax bill yesterday. The only spots that provided any encouragement for me were by a few of the Republicans and John Boehners reading of the last minute changes made to the bill. I downloaded the entire bill and read untill I was too disgusted to go any more.
I really would like to try a massage, but I am really afraid I would react similar to Traci. I have to psych myself up to see my GP for asthma/respiratory stuff because I know she is going to touch my back, chest and neck...I manage, but it is hard. And I still tense up when T gives a hug, even though she ALWAYS asks first. Sera

I couldn't agree with this post more. I had to come to the same conclusion with the twins and after I decided to just enjoy that time laying with them, they felt that and went to sleep faster and faster until, now, they don't need me to lay with them at all...and I miss it. You're doing a great job, momma!!
